They are there for attention and to take your money. The women are not serious about meeting or conducting video calls because they want to "take their time communicating" via letters. Which costs 10$ just to open a reply from the women on the site and another 10$ to write a letter to the women. It costs 6$ just to open the introduction letters from the matchmakers which by the way there is no guarantee you are actually writing to the woman you are interested in. Their customer service agents straight up said these women do not have accounts with Cebu Women. Their business is really their singles tours which are between 3-4000$ fir 7 days to physically meet the women in country.'
